Tim and his wife Debbie met in college and married in 1995. They have four children: David, Rebecca, Matthew, and Jonathan. Tim grew up here in Roswell, went to South Carolina for college and seminary. His pastoral ministry began in 1994, in South Carolina, then pastoring in Michigan, Florida, and for seven years in New Jersey. Debbie grew up in South Carolina and currently works in a local elementary school as a registrar. Tim is currently working on a Doctorate of Ministry from Reformed Theological Seminar in Charlotte. He and his family have been at ECPC since 2014.
Paul and his wife, Rhoda, are native Georgians. When his children, Daniel and Anne, were very young, Paul moved his family to Jackson, Mississippi, where he received his Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary. Paul has served as a missionary in Budapest and as a short-term missionary in Russia. He joined our staff in 2013 as Director of Care and Counseling, a role that transitioned into a pastoral one as he pursued his gifts of shepherding and discipleship. Paul also oversees our Life Group ministry. He and Rhoda are celebrating their 44th anniversary. He is the proud father-in-law of Vanessa Owens and Justin Reynolds, and is Papi to Kadence, Riley, Wyatt, Chase, Branch, and Carter.
Paul and Katie have been married 22 years. They have 3 beautiful daughters, Emily, a junior at Samford University; Abbi, a freshman at KSU; and LeeAnne, a junior at Johnson Ferry Christian Academy. They have been at ECPC for 17 years. Paul works for Georgia Pacific, and Katie is a self-employed photographer and stay at home mom. In their free time, they like to travel, hike, and spend time together.
Jordan and his wife, Jessica, are originally from Chattanooga and moved to Georgia when he came on staff as the Director of Student Ministries in 2017 and transitioned into the Executive Director role in 2022. They have three young children. Outside of spending time with his family and at church, Jordan enjoys any athletic activity, being outdoors, traveling the world, and reading history books. Jordan served in youth ministry since 2005 and served at two churches in Baltimore before moving to Marietta. He is a graduate of Covenant College and Reformed Theological Seminary, DC.
Ericson met his wife, Rachel in 2014 in Johns Creek, Georgia doing Middle School ministry together. Two years after getting married, they moved down to Orlando, Florida where he attended Reformed Theological Seminary. In 2023 Ericson joined ECPC as the Director of Student Ministries. The Jouberts have three young children: two girls and a boy. Outside of spending time with his kids, he enjoys athletics, reading, action movies, watching premier league soccer, and traveling. Ericson has served in ministry since 2014 in both Atlanta and Orlando. He is a graduate of Valdosta State University and Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando.
Brianna began regularly attending ECPC Youth Group when she was in 7th grade. She became a Christian through the youth group in the summer of her 8th grade year. She is currently finishing her degree at KSU and majoring in psychology. She wants to become a counselor in the mental health field. She's excited for what God has in plan for her. Brianna came on staff in April 2022 as the Student Ministry Admin Assistant. She married Jacob in the spring of 2024.
Jessica and her husband Jordan are originally from Chattanooga, TN and moved to Georgia in 2017 when Jordan started working for the church. They have been married since 2006 and have three young and energetic children ages, 10, 7 and 4. Jessica has worked as a preschool teacher for the past three years and is actively involved in her childrenβs school, East Cobb Christian. When sheβs not spending time with her family, Jessica loves reading, Bible study, crafting, gardening and trying to learn guitar.
Marianne and her family have been members of East Cobb Presbyterian since 2005. She received her Masterβs of Education and worked as a Speech-Pathologist for 9 years. She has also worked in several capacities at East Cobb Christian School, and co-leads a womenβs Bible study. Marianne thrives on time with our precious Savior in Bible study and prayer, and time with her family and friends. She and Michael have been married for 30 years and have four daughters. Marianne joined the Children's Ministry staff in 2022.
Betsy and her husband, Kevin, have been members of ECPC since 2013. After meeting Kevin at Auburn University and getting married in 1997, Betsy received a bachelor degree in civil engineering in 1998. Eleven years later she earned a bachelor degree in nursing from KSU. Her greatest achievements, however, have been the four daughters, and most recently a new son-in-law, that she and Kevin have been blessed with. Betsy has served in the church ministries of Embrace Grace and Gospel Kids before assuming the responsibilities of Church Administrator. She loves traveling, hiking, camping, gardening, watching movies, and drinking coffee.
Billy Creech joined us in July 2019 as Head of School. He came to us from Winston-Salem, NC where he most recently served as the Headmaster at Redeemer School. Billy is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill (BS in Industrial Relations), Fuller Seminary (MA in Christian Leadership) and Covenant College (Masters in Education- Administrative Leadership). Billy is married to Carrie (26 years) and they have three adult children. Billy enjoys sports, plays guitar, and loves spending time with his family.
Stephen, a former New Yorker, met his wife, Julene, a Jamaica West Indies native, at a school for people with disabilities in New York City. She was a teacher, and Stephen used his talents to build specialized products and toys for those with special needs. They reside now in Marietta. Julene works in the Cobb school system, and Stephen provides his talents to maintain our school and church and add a creative touch to the many things he builds wherever he can.
